In another Jastar Ligasy regular-season game, the Barys youth team defeated Kulager on the road. The game-winning goal was scored on the power play in the middle of the third period by the league’s top scorer, Nuraly Aitmagambetov. Hakim Kubatayev, Aldiyar Kabduali, Amir Gafurov, Alisher Amangaliyev, and Tamerlan Tleubayev also added goals to their season totals. Barys goaltender Arseniy Kuchkovskiy stopped 20 shots.
Thanks to this victory, Andrey Shayánov’s team climbed to second place in the standings. The team now has 40 points.
