The Barys Hockey Club reports that, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the club’s General Director, Saken Musaibekov, has no criminal record. There are no restrictions against him holding positions in governmental or quasi-governmental organizations. There are also no judicial or administrative decisions that would prevent him from engaging in professional activities under current legislation.
