"Barys" has announced the signing of Alex Grant. The contract with the Canadian defenseman will run until the end of the 2024/25 season.
Grant is well-known to Kazakh fans from his previous stint with "Barys." Notably, in the 2022/23 season, Alex became the first defenseman in KHL history to score four goals in a single game. Overall, the experienced defenseman has played 246 KHL games (41 of them with the Astana team), earning 114 points (40 goals + 74 assists).
