Avtomobilist - Barys 5:2

In the final game of the road stand series, Barys lost to Avtomobilist.

Ansar Shaikhmeddenov and Alikhan Asetov replaced Aleksandr Borisevich and Dinmukhamed Kaiyrzhan in the lineup for the game. The start of the game was discouraging for the guests - by the end of the fourth minute Ekaterinburg had a two-goal lead. First, Avtomobilist initiated a counterattack, with Jesse Blacker at the tip of it. And a little later Danil Romantsev successfully played on the deflection.

At the beginning of the second period Sergei Zborovsky capitalized on another counterattack by the home team. Astana players recovered by the middle of the game. Maxim Musorov scored his first goal of the season after winning a throw-in in the opponent zone. But the miracle didn't happen. In the middle of the final third, Alexei Makeyev scored for the fourth time against Andrei Shutov. Riley Barber's puck brightened the bitterness of the defeat for Barys. Anatoly Golyshev's accurate shot summed up the game.

On October 27, Astana will host Dynamo Minsk on home ice.
