Barys-2012 - Kazakhstan's champion

The fourth round of the Championship of Kazakhstan on ice hockey among young men born in 2012 in the group "Strongest" ended in Astana.

As a reminder, Barys was represented in this age group by two teams led by coaches Vladimir Zavyalov and Artyom Ivanov.

Barys-2012-2 once again came out victorious in all six games with a 39-4 goal differential. According to the results of the championship our team has become the owner of gold medals. Barys-2012-2 has 75 points with only two losses in the season. The second place was taken by Karaganda's Yunost (61 points). The bronze medals were earned by Barys 2012-1, which scored 47 points.

The Barys representative Madiyar Bagdat became the top scorer of the championship. Egor Korchagin earned the title of the best sniper of the season.

- A tremendous amount of work was done during the season. After the first and second round, where some mistakes were made, we drew conclusions, made adjustments. There was a bit of turbulence, but we scrupulously dealt with the situation. In the end, it came down to what we've been striving for all season. Boys did great! Thanks to them for trusting us and supporting each other throughout the championship.
