The Barys junior team kept their momentum in the regular season with a confident home victory over Torpedo. Vladimir Chepyshkin led the way with a pair of goals, while Tamerlan Tleubaev added another. Goalie Arseniy Kuchkovskiy stopped 23 shots on target.
After two games, Andrey Shayanov’s squad has collected four points. On September 24–25, Barys will host Aktobe in Astana.
