Barys Beats Aktobe Again and Passes the 200-Goal Mark

Barys picked up another road win over Aktobe. The turning point of the rematch came in the second period. For Barys, goals were scored by Argyn Mukashev, Alisher Amangaliyev — who netted the milestone 200th goal of the season for the Astana side — as well as Alan Kenzhegali, Tamerlan Tleubayev, Nikita Lomako, and Arsen Kairgeldi. Goaltender Leonid Kravtsov made 24 saves.

After 30 games, Andrei Shayanov’s team has collected 58 points, which currently puts Barys atop the standings. On December 17 and 18, Barys will host Ural-based Sunkar at home.
