KHL. Barys – Avtomobilist 5:4 ОТ

In the final match of the home series, Barys outplayed Avtomobilist in overtime - 5:4.

Roman Starchenko missed the match due to medical reasons. Maxim Musorov took his place in the second team from the first minutes. Also, Valery Orekhov got into the lineup for this match.

Teams exchanged goals already in the opening of the meeting, and both goals were the result of beautifully played combinations. Darren Dietz scored the most goals for Barys, while Danil Romantsev scored for the guests.

Yegor Petukhov literally jammed the puck into the net in the middle of the second period. However Avtomobilist scored twice. Jesse Blacker capitalized on power play, while Georgy Belousov scored as a result of a counterattack.

In the third segment, teams continued to realize their scoring chances. Yekaterinburg team responded to Mikhailis and Morrow with an point-blank shot made by Makeyev. But Jacob Lilja iced the game with goal in the last minute of overtime.

Barys scores five points out of six in the home series and goes on a trip heading for Magnitogorsk-Moscow-Yaroslavl.
