KHL. Barys – Sibir 1:5

In the final home match of the regular season, Barys lost to Sibir.

The coaching staff of Barys decided not to change the winning team, so the same players in the match against Avtomobilist on Thursday took to the ice today.

The visitors opened the scoring at the beginning of the second period. The Ushenin brothers made a two-on-one counterattack, and Vladislav scored Karlsson's goal. In the middle of the period, he also scored a double. Dmitry Sayustov's goal forced the Barys coaching staff to replace Henrik Karlsson with Denis Karatayev, who made his KHL debut.

Oleg Li shot Karatayev in the middle of the final third of the match. A little later, Danil Romantsev brought the score to a lopsided victory. Nikita Mikhailis ' accurate shot in the majority allowed the hosts to escape a dry defeat.
