Barys opens the four-match home series with a meeting with Traktor.

Chelyabinsk team has won three victories in the last four matches. In the last round, team of Anvar Gatiyatulin beat Salavat Yulaev with 2:1 at home in overtime. Victory was brought by point-blank shots of Tomas Hyka and Pontus Aberg. Goalkeeper Ivan Fedotov blocked 34 shots out of 35.

Also, forward Arkady Shestakov reached the anniversary mark – he played 100 games in the KHL.

Viktor Svedberg and Leonid Metalnikov are on the injured reserve and cannot help their team yet.

In the current season, Barys and Traktor have already held one meeting. In December, Kazakhstan team celebrated its victory with a score of 4:2 in Chelyabinsk.
