KHL. Barys - Vityaz - 3:2 PS

In the fourth match of the home series, Barys beat Vityaz in a shootout.

Visitors opened the scoring in the fifth minute thanks to point-blank shot by Linus Hultstrom. In the second game period, Vityaz strengthened the advantage after Kaspars Daugaviņš short-handed goal. But Barys made another goal just before the second break – Matthew Frattin scored on the power play. Roman Starchenko equalized the points on scoreboard after a great pass from Nikita Mikhalis early in the third period.

As a result, the winner of that meeting was determined only in a shootout. Phil Varone's point-blank shot and Yoni Ortio's confident play helped the hosts to earn two points.
