KHL. Results of Barys' performance in October from ERG

Today we are summarizing the results of Barys' performance in the Kontinental Hockey League in October. This publication was prepared with the support of our partner – Eurasian Resources Group (ERG).

By the beginning of November, Barys had played 25 matches and earned 23 points. To date, this allows to take the seventh place in the Eastern Conference of KHL. Yuri Mikhailis team won 10 victories and scored points in 3 more matches.

The average scoring performance of Nur-Sultan team decreased slightly. Barys players scored 60 goals (2.4 on average per game). Metallurg remains the leader of the League in this indicator as team from Magnitogorsk has 90 point-blank shots.

The Kazakhstan team has 74 missed goals on its records (2.96 on average per match). This indicator has improved slightly. The best KHL team in defense is Metallurg, which missed only 49 goals.

The biggest victory in October was won by Barys in Vladivostok. Yuri Mikhailis team outplayed Admiral with a score of 4:1. It is noteworthy that Dinmukhamed Kaiyrzhan came up trumps in this game, being the youngest scorer of Barys in the KHL.

The biggest defeat in the past month took place at the Barys Arena on October 24. That evening, Barys lost to Severstal 1:5. shutouts in the season.

Top scorer of our team at the moment is Nikita Mikhailis. In October, he stood out with his effective play in 11 of 14 matches. Now he has 25 (9 +16) points on his records overall. This is the seventh place among all KHL players.

Along with Mikhailis, the best shooter of the team is Darren Dietz as well. With nine goals, he tops the League's goalscoring defenders list. The captain is also the leader of Barys in terms of blocked shots (40) and in the amount of playing time (25 minutes and 53 seconds on average per match).

Alikhan Asetov and Darren Dietz are players with one of the best results among team players. They have 32 checks on their records.
