KHL. Linden Vey returned to Barys


As part of the exchange between SKA and Barys, the forwarder Linden Vey joined the Kazakh club. The Unilateral Agreement extends over the end of the current season (until April 30, 2022). SKA will receive sports rights for the forwarder Kasperi Kapanen, who was drafted in the KHL by Barys in 2013.

Vey has already played for our team in the 2017-18 season. In the same period, he played at the Olympic Games for the Canadian national team, and helped his team win the bronze medal.

For the last three years, Linden has defended first for the Moscow and then for the St Petersburg CSKA. As part of CSKA, the forwarder won the Gagarin Cup. In the current KHL season, the athlete played 21 matches for SKA and earned 11 (5+6) points.

The player is expected to arrive at the Barys location by the end of the international break. Vey will play for Barys as number 19.
