KHL. Roman Starchenko is penalized

KHL Sports and Disciplinary Committee reviewed the episodes of Barys - Avangard match and penalized two players.

Based on the submitted materials, it was decided to impose a penalty on Avangard defender Damir Sharipzyanov according to para. 1.3. of Article 28 of the KHL Disciplinary Regulations (Checking to the head and neck area), subject to a monetary penalty.

Based on the submitted materials, it was decided to remain unchanged the penalty imposed on Barys forward Roman Starchenko according to para. 1.15. of Article 28 of the KHL Disciplinary Regulations (Slashing), subject to a monetary penalty.
