Following a trade with Traktor, Barys signed a one-way contract with Michael Vecchione, valid for one season until May 31, 2026.
The forward has spent his entire professional career in North America. For the past four years, Vecchione has played for the Washington Capitals’ AHL affiliate, the Hershey Bears, with whom he won the Calder Cup twice. Last season, Michael recorded 39 points (19 goals, 20 assists) in 68 AHL regular-season games. In the playoffs, he tallied three goals and one assist in eight games.
