Nomad’s Winning Streak Comes to an End

Today, Konstantin Pushkaryov’s side played Torpedo for the second time and suffered a 2–5 defeat on the road. Andrey Runov opened the scoring, but Oleg Boyko soon restored parity. In the second period, Abay Mangisbayev put Nomad ahead, however that proved to be the last offensive success for the Nomads as the hosts seized the initiative. Aleksandr Panchenko and Nikita Kolobov extended Torpedo’s lead, and late in the game Andrey Runov and Andrey Lagunov scored twice into an empty net. Runov finished the match with a brace.
