The Nomad opened the scoring in the first period. After a pass from Oleg Boyko, Abzal Alibek found the net with a shot from a sharp angle, beating Danil Kadochnikov.

The Nomad made a strong start to the second period. Following a sustained attacking sequence, Alexander Makarov made the most of Batyrlan Muratov's pass and put the puck into the visitors' net. Saryarka responded only late in the period. Daniil Karaban took advantage of Artem Korolyov's penalty to convert the power play.

However, the Karaganda side could not get back into the game. In the final period, Temirlan Kitarov scored Nomad's third goal despite pressure near Kadochnikov's net. Artem Korolyov put the finishing touch on the game with a precise shot from the blue line.
