Today marked Game 4 of the quarterfinal playoffs, which determined whether Nomad would continue their campaign or conclude their season. Arlan dominated the game, preventing the Astana team from scoring against Timur Meider.
The match was intense, featuring numerous physical battles, but Nomad struggled to break out of their defensive zone and create offensive opportunities. Arlan capitalized on their chances, netting five unanswered goals. The scorers were Vladislav Nikulin, Denis Chaparov, Denis Nedilko, Fyodor Khoroshev, and Tamerlan Beysembiev, securing a 5-0 victory for the visitors.
Notably, seven players born in 2007 made their playoff debuts in the senior championship, setting a record among league teams.
With this result, Nomad wraps up the 2024/25 season in the Kazakhstan Championship, finishing with 37 points in 40 games. The team’s top scorer in the regular season was Dias Guseinov (9+18), while Vsevolod Logvin (0+2) led the team in playoff points.
