Barys Hockey Club officially announces the signing of the contract with Riley Barber. The unilateral agreement with the striker is for one season until April 30, 2024.
Drafted by Washington in 2012, Barber has spent his entire career in North America. Previously, Riley was a member of the U.S. Junior and Youth National Teams. In 2022, the athlete made his debut for the national team at the World Championships in the elite division. Overall, his stats include 16 NHL games and over 430 AHL games.
Barber spent last season with the Dallas Texans, Dallas' farm club. He earned 64 (32+32) points in 69 games during the AHL regular season, a team-best total. In the playoffs, Riley added five (2+3) points in eight games.
