Barys has signed a one-way contract with Riley Walsh. The agreement is valid for one season, until May 31, 2026.
The American defenseman was drafted by the New Jersey Devils in 2017. Walsh has spent his entire career in North America. Last season, he played for the Los Angeles Kings’ AHL affiliate, the Ontario Reign, where he recorded 32 points (6+26) in 72 games. Overall, Riley has appeared in 317 AHL games, tallying 168 points (42+126).
