Barys Hockey Club and Tamirlan Gaitamirov have signed a Trial Agreement till August 31, 2020.
The defender has spent the past few years in various North American leagues. Tamirlan's previous club was Des Moines, where the he played 23 games and recorded 3 assists.
At the World Youth Championship in the Czech Republic, Gaitamirov was the captain of the Kazakhstan National Team. For 7 games of the tournament, he scored one assist.
