«Barys» announces the signing of a contract with Will Butcher. The unilateral agreement with the American defender is designed for one season until May 31, 2025.
Butcher spent his entire career in North America. As a member of the U.S. national teams, he became the winner and medalist of the junior World Championship, as well as the bronze medalist of the adult World championship in the elite division.
In his debut season in the NHL, Will joined the national team of the best newcomers in the league. In total, he played 280 games in the NHL for «New Jersey» and «Buffalo», with 118 (17+101) points on his account. Last season, the defensive player defended the colors of the AHL teams «Wilkes-Barre» / «Scranton» (3+4 in 14 games) and «Iowa» (3+6 in 24 games).
