IIHF Women’s World Championship Division IB. Kazakhstan – South Korea 4:3

In their fourth game at the IIHF Women's World Championship Division I Group B, the Kazakhstan women's national ice hockey team defeated South Korea women's national ice hockey team with a dramatic late winner.

Alexandra Shegai scored twice for Kazakhstan, while Sofia Muravyeva and Pernesh Ashimova added one goal each. Goaltender Arina Shchyokolova made 26 saves.

After four game days, Kazakhstan has 6 points and sits in third place in the standings.

On April 18, the team coached by Alexander Tebenkov will face Great Britain women's national ice hockey team. The game starts at 19:30 Astana time.
