In the final home game of 2025, Barys faced Amur. Semyon Simonov missed the game for medical reasons, while Beibarys Orazov was added to the lineup. Andrey Shutov got the start in goal.
The visitors opened the scoring early in the 10th minute, as Artyom Shvaryov converted a great pass from behind the net by Kirill Slepts. Alexander Filatyev and Kirill Urakov added two more goals by the midpoint of the game, giving Amur a commanding lead. Barys pulled one back when Kirill Panyukov found the net just 21 seconds before the second intermission.
The final period was played under overwhelming pressure from the home side, who outshot their opponents 16–3, but the puck simply would not go past Maxim Dorozhko. With 64 seconds remaining, Artur Gizdatullin sealed the result by scoring into an empty net.
On December 30, the Kazakh team will wrap up their 2025 home schedule with a road game against Avangard.
