Defender Yegor Shalapov accepted the offer of Barys and extended his contract with the club. Bilateral agreement was signed for 2 years - until April 30, 2022.
Yegor Shalapov has been playing in the Kontinental Hockey League since 2016, and last season was the most successful for the defender of the Kazakhstan National Team. In 60 games of the regular season and playoffs, he has 11 assists.
In total, Shalapov played 161 games in the KHL, scoring 16 (2+14) points.
