In Khabarovsk's second game between Amur and Barys, a single scoring attack decided everything.
There were several changes in the guests' lineup. Kirill Savitski couldn't take part in the game because of an injury. Alikhan Asetov and Mikhail Grigoryev also missed the match. Kirill Maximov, Mikhail Rakhmanov and Yury Sergiyenko were instead on the roster.
In the first half the teams forgot about the discipline, so the audience almost did not see the game in the "5 on 5" format. Barys didn't take much advantage of its chances, but Amur converted one power play, requiring only five shots on goal. Sergei Dubakin added to his sniper account.
In the end, that goal was the decisive one. Despite all the attempts to save the match, Kazakhstan was unable to unlock Evgeny Alikin's possession.
On January 8 and 9, Barys will play in Vladivostok with Admiral.
