Barys Hockey Club announces that it has extended the contract of Kazakhstani forward Kirill Panyukov. The new one-way agreement is valid for one season and runs through May 31, 2027.
During the 2025/26 KHL season, Panyukov appeared in 48 games, recording 13 points (7 goals, 6 assists). He averaged 11 minutes of ice time per game and delivered 39 hits.
Barys General Manager Leonid Metalnikov:
"Kirill is a very dedicated and hardworking player. Despite limited ice time and relatively few opportunities on the power play, he had a solid season. He always strives to execute the coaching staff's instructions to the best of his ability. Next season, we expect him to take another significant step forward, both in the quality of his play and his offensive production, while also showing greater leadership in the locker room."
