Ahead of the Loko-76 vs. Snezhnye Barsy Match

The Astana squad continues its final road trip of the regular season in Yaroslavl, where they will take on Loko-76.

Loko-76 enters the matchup following a home series against Reaktor, winning both games by identical 4–2 scores. In the first game, Ivan Porada, Sergey Chernyaev, Vladimir Fomin, and Arseny Kiseyev scored for the Yaroslavl side. In the second meeting, Ivan Luzin, Ivan Porada, Ilya Beryozkin, and Georgy Davydov found the back of the net.

Heading into the game against the Astana club, Loko-76 leads the Silver Division standings with 74 points in 55 games.

Snezhnye Barsy, meanwhile, recently faced Gold Division opponents in Magnitogorsk and Ufa, suffering losses in both matchups. In the 7–1 defeat to Stalnye Lisy, Aristarkh Kireyev scored the team’s lone goal. Against Tolpar, the Astana side was shut out in a 3–0 loss.

Before today’s game, Snezhnye Barsy sit at the bottom of the Silver Division standings with 23 points in 54 games.
