Preview: Snezhnye Barsy vs. Mamonty Yugry

The Astana side kicks off a short February homestand as they welcome Mamonty Yugry to their home ice.

Heading into this matchup, the Mammoths played two games at home against Reaktor. The teams split the series with one win each. In the first game, the hosts came out on top 4–2, with strong performances from Timofey Kharitonov and Rostislav Galimuk, while Nikita Burakov scored twice. In the second game, however, Mamonty Yugry couldn’t replicate that effort and suffered a 0–4 shutout loss.

Before facing the Astana team, Mamonty Yugry sits 4th in the Eastern Conference’s Gold Division standings with 61 points in 48 games.
