Tractor - Barys 2:0

Barys opened another road trip series with a shutout defeat from Traktor.

Roman Starchenko returned to the lineup after injury, newcomers Anthony Kamara and Evgeny Rymarev were also in the roster. Vsevolod Logvin and Dinmuhamed Kaiyrzhan took the positions of limiters.

The guests had a good start, but then Tractor really got into the game and created some very dangerous chances at the other team's goal. Still, the teams went into the break with zeros on the scoreboard.

Anthony Kamara earned a five-minute penalty, and the Chelyabinsk team did unseal Edward Pasquale before halftime - Vladimir Tkachyov scored on an unstoppable shot. The power play went into the final third, and the hosts had 19 seconds to consolidate their lead, as Sergei Telegin scored. But Barys didn't find a player who could upset Zach Fucale.
