Hockey club Barys officially announces the signing of a contract with Abay Mangisbayev. The bilateral agreement is for two seasons until 30 April 2025.
Mangisbayev has been in the Barys system since 2017 (excluding the 2019/20 season). Last season, the muscular forward played for Nomad, where he played 36 games (including playoffs) and earned 5 (3+2) points. In May, Abay made his debut for Kazakhstan's national team at the World Championship in the elite division.
