Barys and Grant continued cooperation

Barys hockey club officially announces conclusion of a contract with Alex Grant. One-way contract is for one season until April 30, 2024.

Grant joined Barys roster during the last season and managed to reach a historic success. Alex became the first defenseman in KHL history who made a poker in one match. In general, defensive player had 33 games in regular season and scored 17 (9+8) points, spending 21 minutes and 24 seconds on the ice on average (the team's best result).

- Alex got along with a team so well last season that he took over the functions of leader immediately. We all know about his blasting shots and ability to score on power play. But he did an excellent job in part of his direct duties in defense as well. We believe that he will play an important role as a team member in new season.
