The coaching staff of the Barys Youth Sports School took part in a meeting dedicated to the issue of bullying among children and teenagers.
The speakers at the event were Deputy Prosecutor of the Yesil District Aslan Rakhimzhanov and Head of Department Nurkhan Zhaxylykov. They spoke with the participants, provided examples, and explained how to respond to various situations that may arise within a team, as well as how to anticipate and prevent potential conflicts.
Similar preventive meetings will subsequently be held with all Barys Youth Sports School teams to prevent any violations.
Talgat Kitarov, Director of the Barys Youth Sports School:
"We work closely with the prosecutor's office, and they have supported us in this area. We have now provided the coaches with the necessary information and familiarized them with the relevant guidelines. We have documented everything officially so that every coach understands their responsibility. We are currently preparing a schedule, and once the dates are agreed upon, we will continue working with the teams, starting with the older age groups. I believe that meetings like this will help strengthen order and discipline at our school."
