Barys will participate in the Kazakhstan Cup for youth teams

The dates and locations of the 2024 Jastar Hockey League Cup have been announced. This year, 13 teams will compete for the trophy, including new teams joining the Tashkent Selection League. All teams have been divided into three groups based on their performance in the previous season. The tournament will begin on September 4th.

«Barys» will compete in Group A, whose games will be held in Karaganda. The team led by Rinat Omarbekov will face «Astana», «Temirtau», «Gornyak», and «Tashkent Select».

Group B's games will take place in Kokshetau, where «Arlan», «Zhas Batyr», «Yastreby», and «Kulager»» will also compete on DS «Burabay» ice. Ust-Kamenogorsk will host Group C, with «Torpedo», «Aktobe», «Almaty», and «Munaishi» participating. Based on the results of the preliminary round, four teams will continue to compete for the cup. The team that achieved the best result among group winners will receive the Q1 seed. Teams Q2 and Q3 will be allocated accordingly, and Q4 will be the team with the best performance among second-place finishers. The final stage of the tournament will take place in Ust-Kamenogorsk on September 12-13.
