We continue wrapping up the individual performances of Barys players from the 2025/26 KHL regular season.
In his very first season in a new league, Thys Thompson immediately finished among the team’s top five scorers and became Barys’ third-leading goal scorer. He recorded 15 goals and 10 assists while averaging 19:15 of ice time per game.
Three of Thompson’s goals turned out to be game-winners for Barys, tying him with Alikhan Omirbekov for second-most on the team in that category. Notably, Thompson scored in every possible game situation throughout the season — on the power play, at even strength, and shorthanded.
