When returning tickets, Barys HC deducts a commission:

• In case the Customer has applied for a refund of the E-ticket value not later than 48 hours before the relevant Event, the refund shall be made in the amount of the Nominal value of the E-ticket;
  
• In case the Customer applies for a refund of the E-ticket price not later than 24 hours before the relevant Event, the refund shall be made in the amount of 95 (Ninety-five) percent of the Nominal Value of the E-ticket;
  
• If the Customer applies for a refund of the Electronic Ticket value later than 24 hours before the relevant Event, the refund shall be made in the amount of 90 (Ninety) percent of the Nominal Value of the Electronic Ticket;
  
• No refund will be made if the Customer applies for a refund of the E-ticket price later than 1.5 hours before the relevant Event. Herewith, the day of the Customer's application is the day when the Agent receives the corresponding application from the User.
