At the "Barys Arena" ended the fourth round of the championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan on hockey among youth teams born in 2011 in the group "Strongest".
"Barys-2011" under coaches Pavel Filipenko and Yuri Sidorenko continued their winning streak and won all seven games. For the whole championship our team did not lose a single match and took the first place by a large margin with 72 points. Ust-Kamenogorsk "Torpedo" (53 points) took the second place. Astana (49 points) rounded off the top three.
Three Barys players received their own prizes at the end of the season. Karim Bishimbaev was recognized as the best puckstopper, Madi Murat earned the title of the best defenseman, and Maxim Samoilyuk became the best scorer of the championship.

- I want to say thank you to the organizers of the fourth round. Everything was great at Barys Arena, there was a good emotional background. We achieved such a result thanks to the work of the guys, coordinated actions of the coaching staff and properly structured training process. But probably the most important thing is that the guys had a great desire to win. We have assembled the kind of guys who can solve serious problems. For three years in the championship of Kazakhstan, we have not lost a single match. The boys have already developed the personality of a winner. But we're not resting on that. Ahead is the transition tournament in the Russian championship, which will be very hard and energy-consuming.
