Kazakhstan Defeats China and Takes Sole Lead at the Asia Championship; Muratov Scores Twice

In their second game at the Asia Championship, Team Kazakhstan confidently beat China. The goals came from Maksim Musorov, Stepan Aleksandrov, Batyrlan Muratov (who scored twice), and Artur Gatiyatov. Assists were recorded by Barys system players Kirill Lyapunov, Roman Starchenko, Oleg Boyko, Danil Butenko, Sayan Daniyar, and Kirill Nikitin.

After two games, Talgat Zhailauov’s team has collected six points and now sits alone at the top of the tournament standings. On November 23, Kazakhstan will face Japan, with the game set for 1:00 PM Astana time.
