The forwards of the Kazakhstan national team Nikita Mikhailis and Alikhan Asetov accepted the qualification proposals of Barys. The rights to the players are assigned to our hockey club.
Mikhailis became the top scorer of Barys in the last regular season of the KHL. He recorded 44 (18+26) points in 47 meetings. Nikita earned 2 (1+1) points in five playoff games.
Asetov played 37 matches in the KHL last season, for which he scored 9 (4+5) points. This result was the best for Alikhan in his career in the League.
In May, Mikhailis and Asetov competed as part of the Kazakhstan national team at the World Championship in the elite division. It should be noted that both hockey players spent almost their entire professional career in the Barys system.
