KPRK-2024 Before the match Kazakhstan – Barys

Barys continues to perform at the home Cup of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a meeting with the national team.

Yesterday, Oleg Bolyakin's wards lost to Lada (1:7), which currently leads the KPRK-2024 standings. The author of the only goal in the Tolyatti gates was Roman Starchenko, who realized the majority. Nikita Boyarkin and Maxim Pavlenko played in the gates of the Kazakhstan National team.

In their first game at the tournament, Barys won a strong-willed victory over Amur (2:1). The goals were scored by the team's newcomers Damir Zhafyarov and Will Butcher, with only 80 seconds between their accurate shots in the middle of the third period. Johan Mattsson also had a successful debut, deflecting 21 shots on target. Players from the club's system Asanali Sarkenov, Abylaikhan Suleimenov, Semyon Simonov, Khaknazar Kenesbai, Abzal Alibek, Oleg Boyko and Nikita Kolobov received playing time at a new level for themselves.  Wade Allison, who was injured yesterday, will train in the general group today, after which the coaching and medical staff will determine his readiness for the evening match.

The Kazakhstan –Barys match starts at 19:30 Astana time.
