We continue reviewing the individual performances of Barys players from the 2025/26 KHL regular season.
Samat Daniyar enjoyed the best season of his career. He appeared in all 68 games, averaging 17:41 of ice time per contest while recording 12 points (1 goal, 11 assists). The defenseman also finished as one of only three Barys players to end the regular season with a positive plus-minus rating (+2).
In addition, Samat registered 31 takeaways and blocked 92 shots over the course of the season.
