The responsibilities of the specialists include developing and implementing a training system for young hockey players of all age groups in the youth sports school, including the club’s junior teams, with consideration of modern approaches to building the educational and training process.
As a player, Leo Gudas became a medalist at the Olympic Games and World Championships in the top division, and also won the championship of Czechoslovakia. As a coach, he has led various teams in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Romania, and Hungary.
Anton Martynenko previously worked in the Avangard Omsk system, later heading the department of development and youth hockey at the Hockey Federation of the Republic of Belarus, where he provided methodological support for the country’s U16, U18, and U20 national teams.
