The Atyrau side opened their home series with two games against Kokshetau’s Arlan. The hosts were unable to defeat their opponents in either game. In the first meeting, Yegor Kutugin’s team suffered a 0:1 defeat to Arlan. In the second game, Beibarys lost 1:3, with Ruslan Telgozhayev scoring their only goal.
Heading into the game against Nomad, Beibarys sit seventh in the standings with six points from eight games.
Nomad began their September road trip in Aktobe, where they recorded two wins over the local team. In the first game, Nomad won 6:3, with Abai Mangisbayev scoring twice, while Adil Beisembayev, Daniil Tsybin, Oleg Boyko and Sanzhar Ibragim scored one goal each. For Ibragim, it was his first goal in the Kazakhstan senior championship.
Nomad won the second game 5:3. Konstantin Dvurechensky, Nikita Sitnikov, Timofey Simonov, Alexander Migunov and Alexander Makarov scored for the visitors.
Nomad currently lead the standings with 15 points from eight games.
